What we treat
Pick the symptom that sounds like you.
Patients tell us what hurts. We tell you what we think is going on, and whether we can help.
Condition
Sciatica
Pain that radiates from the lower back down one leg, often with numbness or tingling.
Condition
Lower back pain
Aching, stiffness, or sharp pain across the low back, often worst in the morning or after sitting.
Condition
Neck pain
Stiffness, soreness, or sharp pain in the neck, often with a "knot" that keeps coming back between the shoulder blades.
Condition
Headaches
Recurring head pain — at the temples, base of the skull, or "all over" — often coming from the neck.
Condition
Herniated disc
A disc between two vertebrae bulges or ruptures and presses on a nearby nerve.
Condition
Numbness & tingling
Pins-and-needles, numbness, or burning in the hands, arms, feet, or legs — a nerve-pain pattern.
Condition
Brain fog
Difficulty concentrating, slow processing, a feeling that the lights are dim. Not always tied to a headache.
Condition
Forward head posture
The head sits forward of the shoulders, dragging the upper back into a hunch. The body pays for it in pain.

Show and tell
The first visit is the differentiator.
Most chiropractors will tell you what they think. Dr. Foudy shows you. The dual-scale postural exam, the range-of-motion measurement with a protractor, the surface EMG of your nervous system, and the X-rays all happen at the first visit. You leave knowing what is going on inside your body and whether we can help, before you commit to a plan.

Common questions
- Can a chiropractor actually fix what is wrong with me?
- Often, yes. 37 years of practice and over 10,000+ patients has taught Dr. Foudy what responds to chiropractic care and what does not. The show-and-tell consultation answers that question for you specifically before you commit to a plan.
- What does a first visit cost?
- The first visit is $90 and includes the SOAP consultation, postural exam, range-of-motion study, neurological screen, surface EMG, and X-rays. You leave knowing exactly what is going on.
- Do you take insurance?
- We accept most major insurance for chiropractic care. About 60–70% of our patients pay cash for transparency and simplicity. Spinal decompression is typically cash-pay. We tell you upfront what your visit will cost.
- How many visits will I need?
- Depends on what we find. Most acute cases resolve in 4–8 visits. Disc-driven cases on the decompression protocol run 20–24 visits. Maintenance after correction is once a month or once a quarter for most people.
- Are chiropractors real doctors?
- Yes. Doctors of Chiropractic (D.C.) complete a four-year postgraduate doctorate after their bachelor degree and pass national board exams. Dr. Foudy has been licensed since 1989.
