About
Who is Dr. Foudy and how does this practice work?

Foudy Chiropractic has been a Mission Viejo family practice since 1989. 37 years. Over 10,000+ patients. Chiropractor for the U.S. Women’s Olympic & World Cup Soccer team, 1996–2004.
Our point of view is simple. Your feet are your foundation. Your spine is your structural foundation. When the structure is off, the body compensates, and the compensation eventually hurts. The work of chiropractic is to find the structural problem and correct it. Not to dull the symptom.
The two questions we ask every patient
Do you want pain relief or do you want correction? Both are valid. They are different programs. Pain relief is a few visits and an adjustment. Correction is a plan: an exam, imaging, the EMG, a course of care, and a maintenance cadence to keep what we built.
Most patients arrive looking for pain relief and end up choosing correction once they see what is on the X-rays and the EMG. We do not pressure that choice. We show you the data and let you pick.
How we work alongside the rest of your care
We are not anti-medicine. We are anti-medication-as-the-first-answer for mechanical problems. When a case needs an MD, a PT, a surgeon, or a dentist, we say so and we coordinate.
