Meet
Melanie L. Foudy, M.S., IMS, CES, PES
Integrative Corrective Exercise Specialist. 34 years of hands-on rehab and corrective exercise.

Why Dr. Foudy calls Melanie the other closer
The adjustment restores the joint. The decompression takes pressure off the disc. But the new position has to be trained or the body collapses back into the old pattern. That is the work Melanie does, three days a week, in our stretch lab and in-house rehab room.

Who she works with
She trains physical therapists. She owns the corrective exercise side of our Accu-Spina patients (the program kicks in at visit 15 of decompression and runs through the maintenance phase). She also takes private stretch lab sessions for patients with chronic posture issues, athletes, and post-surgical cases looking for a thoughtful return-to-activity progression.

The difference from a Stretch Lab franchise
Different product. The franchise stores hire 20-something trainers and run a 25-minute stretch. Melanie runs a clinical, exam-driven hour built around your imaging and the postural findings. Pricing matches the chiropractic visit: $90/hour or $55/30 minutes.
