Why does massage therapy work better alongside chiropractic care?
The adjustment frees up the joint. Massage frees up the muscle that was holding the joint in the wrong place. The two together hold the new position longer than either alone.

Pricing
$90 per hour or $55 per 30 minutes. Separate from the chiropractic visit. Most patients book massage on the same day as the adjustment.
Ten benefits of therapeutic massage
Benefit 1
Reduce stress
Stress pumps out cortisol, and cortisol knots up muscle. Massage works the knots out so the muscle can finally let go.
Benefit 2
Improve circulation
Massage loosens and lengthens muscle and tendon, which opens up the constricted arteries, capillaries, and lymph vessels underneath. Better flow, better everything.
Benefit 3
Reduce pain
A lot of everyday pain is a hyperactive muscle fiber that has balled itself into a knot. Work the knot out and the pain goes with it.
Benefit 4
Flush toxins
Soft tissue stores waste in trigger points, those knots that keep coming back. Massage releases them so the lymphatic system can clear the buildup.
Benefit 5
Improve flexibility
Knots and spasm shorten the muscle. Massage lengthens the fibers back out so you get your full range of motion again.
Benefit 6
Sleep better
When the muscle tension disengages, endorphins take over. Patients consistently tell us the night after a session is their best sleep of the month.
Benefit 7
Boost immunity
Stimulating lymph circulation recharges the body’s natural defense system. Your immune system runs on flow.
Benefit 8
Reduce fatigue
Overworked muscle holds onto lactic acid. Massage clears it out so you feel rested instead of worn down.
Benefit 9
Lift mood
The endorphin release helps with anxiety and low mood. You walk out lighter than you walked in.
Benefit 10
Reduce post-surgery and post-injury swelling
Massage breaks down scar tissue and moves inflammation out, which improves blood flow and speeds the healing along.
